In order to achieve the perfect taste and the texture, tempeh making has to follow certain specific steps, from peeling of the skin of the soybean to soaking them overnight in water, the process is precise and calculated. In this workshop, you will get the experience every step of the process, from beans right down to preparing a tempeh dish loved by locals.
