Great place to book experiences with a difference I tired two trips, copper bracelet making and Net Fishing. Both were amazing. Booking online was easy and i received replies really quickly. The copper bracelet making was a lot of fun, sitting outside at a bench making your own bracelet, that they finish for you. Its a great way to take home a different souvenir. The net fishing was an eye opener. I think i'd starve if I had to rely on it to feed myself. They make it look so easy. The fish was cooked over a charcoal fire and we all shared the fish and had a great conversation and few beer with our hosts. I learnt a lot. There are so many different kinds of experiences advertised on this site. I will using them from now on and would have used them more had I found them earlier in my holiday.

We had a great time net fishing with Sam and Tiger. Even in dry season we managed to catch some small fish and some baby grouper which Sam fried and which we all enjoyed with some cold beer and stir fried vegetables. After an hour and a half fishing we spent the evening with Sam and his friends and it turned into a great party! Sam, Tiger and their friends are great hosts - lots of fun and all speak excellent English. The best afternoon we had in Siem Reap!

We came across this adventure via Backstreet Academy and can say honestly that it's been a trip highlight. Net fishing is how many of the locals, to this day, fish for their families on a daily basis. Our guide/teacher/new friend, Soy created this course to help share with others, what he and his father used to do every day. He showed us how to to cast the net for the best catch, remove the fish from the net once caught, and how to spot where bigger (catfish-like) fish were swimming. He had become friends with the people who lived nearby the rice fields where we were fishing, so once we were done for the day, we worked with them to clean off everything we caught. We then spent the evening cooking up a delicious meal from our day's hard work and enjoyed the local drink (Angkor Beer, Black Panther beer and some version of Cambodian sangria) with our new friends. The woman of the house even cooked us jasmine rice from her own field as a special treat. A very memorable and special experience and a must do if you have the time!

We had a great day fishing with kosal! Although fish was hard to find due to the low water levels we tried our best and found some small ones in the end. The driver prepared them straight away together with some fish bought at the market in advance. We had a nice chat over a delicious lunch. Would definitely recommend this tour!
