Ever wondered how all the ancient inscriptions and hieroglyphics got onto the caves? Learn how to carve on stone and inscribe anything you like onto smooth slates! You can also learn how to carve traditional Nepali patterns and understand the meaning behind them!
Stone carving is actually not as difficult as many people think! While they used to be the exclusive domain of imperial scribes and the sages who read the stars, now they're as accesible to you and I. Just like drawing, there are just a few simple processes before we are able to carve out a simple design on stone! You don't need too much strength either, its more of precision rather than brute force! Create your own little piece of history now.
Please note that if you have selected an add on for pick up then we use local taxis.

- Working with stone is exhausting so please stay hydrated and ask your host for as many breaks as necessary
