More About This Experience
The teaching of the Buddha is a system for developing self-knowledge as a means to self-transformation. By attaining an experiential understanding of the reality of our own nature, we can eliminate the misapprehensions that cause us to act wrongly and to make ourselves unhappy.
The discourse on the establishing of awareness presented by Buddha is a practical method for developing self-knowledge through self-observation. This technique is called Vipassana meditation.
There are much more aspects of Buddhist practices to discuss and chat with monks who have determined to leave the worldly life to the path of Buddha. This meditation retreat and monk chat course is perfect for beginners who have the desire to discover Buddhism and meditation practice.
