The course starts with us going to the market to buy fresh vegetables and ingredients for the class that will follow - ranging from fresh Cambodian herbs, freshwater fish, chicken and an assortment of vegetables. Once we're done with the shopping we'll head straight back to the kitchen for the lesson. :)
This will be a very hands-on lesson where everyone will have to partake in the chopping, grinding, slicing and mincing of the various ingredients. I would list out exactly in what proportion the herbs are mixed or how the rest of the food is prepared but then that would take away half the fun from the class, so why don't you sign up for this class and let me show you the secrets of Cambodian cooking as it should be.
