oved the experience, and LOVED the food, and Chef Nara is just a great teacher. The market visit, although brief, gave us at least one thing we had not seen before (preparing coconut milk!) and the actual cooking lesson was very enjoyable indeed.

Cooking Class with market We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class with Cef Nara and the tour through the local market first as we gathered our ingredients. Everything was fresh andinteresting and the three courses we made for lunch were tasty and authentic (banana blossom salad and green mango salad, fish amok in banana leaf and palm sugar custard steamed inside a pumpkin shell). Nara was patient and clear with his instructions, and passed on lots of little tips for mixing things up when we try our and at this at home.
