More About This Experience
You have seen them, you have eaten them, but have you tried making them? Locals not only love the dish, but the social process behind it. Making momos together before big festivals and celebrations is one of the most beloved things to do in Nepal, and now you can try your hand at it too!
Check out the different processes we'll be doing in the workshop! From kneading dough, preparing ingredients, folding the momos to finally cooking them! Your entire cooking class will be held at the kitchen of our host where you will get to learn the entire process! Everything is fully included in the price so just get ready to have some fun, some good food and make some good friends!

We were delighted to take this momo making class at Purna's house. Immersion and home cooking were really appreciated.

Really fun and informative afternoon. We got to see how to make all the aspects of the momos and then tried our best to fold them like Purna showed us. The sampling at the end was excellent!

It was great to have the opportunity to be welcomed into Purna’s home to do this. Much better than doing it at a restaurant. I improved my folding skills a lot and had a really enjoyable time. I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family who come to visit Nepal.

Making Momos with Purna and Dil was a wonderful experience. We were offered the voice of vegetarian or non- vegetarian beforehand. Purna explained all the ingredients and then showed us what to do. We were involved in the preparation from the start and got stuck in. We then ate what we had made with them and it was delicious.
