There are some lesser known dishes that we are pretty certain that as a tourist you might not have a chance to venture into because these dishes mostly appear in the home-cooked meal.

0800 - 0900: Visit market and learn how to choose fresh and clean ingredients
0900 - 1200: Learn to cook spring roll, bun cha and green papaya salad
Also on this day you will learn to make vinegar from fruit (banana/apple)
0800 - 0830: Buy ingredients in the market. You will choose them yourself and try bargaining if possible
0830 - 1200: Learn to make banana flower salad, fried chicken with fish sauce and marinated fish with galangal
On this day we will learn to cook traditional sticky rice with green bean, and use the same rice to make one type of traditional dessert
