In Thailand, the plantation of coffee bean in the North was promoted by the King in order that the highland people would replace the coffee trees to the popular opium poppy crop. This magically successful strategy has allowed coffee production in the North to become very popular and the Northern Thai coffee is internationally recognized.
This course allows you to get the full knowledge and skills in order to become a real coffee drinker. The host reveals and shares his full extensive skills in brewing and tasting coffee. All main effects on the taste of coffee are covered i.e. coffee history and varieties, process, coffee profile and method.
Three methods from slow bar coffee are introduced and you will get to taste 3 cups made from each methods. After the course you will observe more when making your own easy slow bar drinks.
Moreover, after you learn how to experience different flavors, you will get to taste espresso brewed coffee shots from 3 sources of origins: Maewang, Khun Chang Kean and Holm blend. After tasting the 3 different coffee cups, the host would help you make your choice of cappuccino or latte.
After the course you will learn to appreciate more when you drink your next cup of coffee.
